What We Do
-
Sunday Evening Gatherings
Sundays at 5ish
Our Sunday evening gatherings offer a weekly rotation of healing modalities designed to give people the resources they need to find home in their own bodies as a foundation for bringing healing into the world. Through yoga, meditation, reflection on sacred texts, and expansive conversation, we lean into the vulnerable space of creating a community built upon reconciliation and care for all. We share meals every week, regardless of programming.
We share a meal every Sunday.
(see more below for details on our weekly offerings)

Originally started as an act of solidarity with Palestine and with all those suffering the worst atrocities under capitalism, this weekly meditation offers the space to center and ground among community as we bear witness to the suffering capitalism inflicts on everyone, particularly the most marginalized.

A Moment
Coming fall 2024!
A Moment is a mobile meditation hub created to bring healing into the city and meet people where they are. Take a moment to find center and meditate, share space with someone, listen to noise-canceling headphones, or just BE.
We are currently renovating our first minibus, which will hit the streets in the fall of 2024
We gather
We gather in person and online every Sunday at 5pm (ish).

The first Sunday of every month is a Feast Sunday, when we gather only for a meal, which we do as a potluck.
We gather in the same place and start around 5.
Bring a dish if you’d like, or come and enjoy the offerings of others. There is always enough.
Redeeming Scripture Sundays
The Second Sundays of the month , Rev. Jess Cook guides an examination of scripture through the lens of integration and reconciliation.

We gather in the same place and start around 5.
Bring a Mat and your body ready to move or just sit.
Discussion Sundays
The Forth Sundays of the month , are for exploring nuanced perspectives on various topics relevant to our lived experience in community.

Mediation for the Movement
On Thursday nights we gather for Meditation for the Movement. This program originated as an act of solidarity with the people of Palestine and all those experiencing genocides at the hands of global imperial powers.
It is a space for people to come together and find center as we work to find ways of being beyond those established by settler colonialism.
